A: After placing order check for an email sent to your mail box, click the link that allows
you to check the status of your order, type in your paypal email and click apply to download
Items paid. You will be redirected to this same page with buttons next to the available
downloads. You'll know what to do next.

Downloads?
Q: Are all the songs in your catalog down-loadable?
A: Yes, Instant downloads are songs that do not require time to convert to .pdf and post for
you to download. They are ready and have been uploaded onto the store server. Mail only
require time to convert. If you wish for a mail only song to be downloaded and don't mind waiting
a couple of days, (during checkout) be sure to choose download as your shipping option so that
you are not charged a shipping fee. There are several ways to receive your order. The most
common of ways is yahoo instant messenger. These symbols are just ways of letting you know
when to expect your order, and how long it will take.
Q: I downloaded a song and I cant open the files, because my computer doesn't
recognize what type of file it is, what do I do?
A: Some files do not have extensions specified, for example (.zip) what you have to do is
change file name 138 to 138.zip so that your computer will recognize it is of a zip file
type. This problem has been detected and repaired, all new available downloads will have
the correct file type.

A: Test Download. Click the link and save this zip file in a folder you can find. After it is
done downloading, find the file and right click it; you should be able to extract the
files. Extract the files in the same folder and try to open each extracted file. If you

fix this by reading the previous post.

7 times out of 10, a portion of an order will have to be mailed. On average about 20 orders a
day are processed and shipped. Each song will need to be printed and in most cases mailed next
day delivery.

Q: Can the Special Order songs be downloaded immediately upon Pay-pal purchase?
A: No, Special ordered songs are not written until the work required to write it has been payed.
The Special_Orders page is designed for you to request a quote for any song to be transcribed.
After you submit this request I will review the song and post the quote for you to review and
purchase the work-order.

A: No. The only music I sell are my transcriptions of the audio. There are differences between
Transcription, Arrangement and Original Artist Score. On my website, to transcribe means to write
another way or in my case to write what you hear, to arrange means to come up with an original
score, sometimes this can consist of a compilation of scores. I DO NOT SELL ORIGINAL
SCORES FROM ARTISTS - They are free. If I receive a copy of a song that meets my approval
and is equal to my quality of work and it is not copyrighted in any way to my knowledge, I will post
it for free! Once it is posted, you must prove that you are the copyright holder to remove.
A word on plagiarism - In the music field - this is when you copy word for word, note for note, a
written musical score.

both types of items will now be charged shipping, and you will still be able to download "Downloadable
