Crime Information: Recent activities on an old building nearby the docks drove the
attention to a patrol car that stopped an loaded truck with suspicious chemical
containers, that we found later to be "bio-war" chemicals. The suspects after a
debrief with the local authorities told that the containers and their material are
from an underground laboratory that has the nickname "SkyLab", this lab
manufactures the chemicals and then ship it out to several foreign countries for
further merchandise and selling.
