Based on Hacienda from Rogue Spear.

Four FBI agents entered the hacienda today to investigate illegal
activities. Five minutes later the local police station recieved a call
from a concerned neighbor who says she heard what sounded like
gunshots coming from the hacienda. None of the four agents have
made radio contact since they entered. This was nearly 2 hours
ago. We have been called in to locate and rescue the agents and
neutralize the situation. We do not know if the agents are still alive,
but the longer we wait, the less chance they will be.
